The Pumphouse

Used to cover the interconnection point for the irrigation system at Meanwood Valley Farm CSA, Leeds. Created using available timber on site, the Pumphouse was a variation on a typical shed, produced for a much lower cost and enviromental impact than a conventional commercial shed. The south facing roof slope was angled to provide for efficiently capturing sunlight, so propogated seeds in trays can rest there ahead of being planted.
