The Circlet

The Circlet is the design that inspired the development of our novel design and construction approach. The original design was made almost 8 years ago, though conventional methods with copper foil and soldered together. Wanting to make more of this design was the inspiration for getting back into stained glass work, although a disliked what felt like the slow and inaccurate process of foiling and soldering.

After lots of iterations and trial and error on frame design and manufacture, new glass suppliers, and a new colour scheme we had a new generation of Circlets, heralding the start of the growth and innovcation of Woodcraftian’s stained glass work.

The Circlet is available in a standard size, although both smaller and larger versions are available.
